Ridgerunner Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy with your factory made purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 14 days (custom and mid-tech knives must be returned within 7 days), and include the manufacturer’s packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees/credit card fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund onto your credit card or other payment method. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $15 to cover our original shipping and packaging costs. Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

The exceptions include:

  • Custom and mid-tech (semi custom) products. The custom and mid-tech items are hard to get and purchasers will incur a 15% restocking fee upon return. They must be returned within 7 days and the items must be in absolutely new condition.
  • Our personal care products such as razors, strops, shave brushes and nail nippers. The personal care items are hygienically sealed and we will take them back only if they are unopened or defective.
  • We don’t offer products on an “on approval” basis or if a customer continually returns products we have no choice but to charge a 15% restocking fee to offset our processing costs. The determination of which customer is a frequent returner will be made by the Ridgerunner staff.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while, we will be happy to provide you with the manufacturer’s contact information.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
